Shipping Carriers & Services

We use Evri and Royal Mail to deliver all orders within the UK. All orders are shipped via express delivery as standard.

• Evri: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days

• Royal Mail: Estimated delivery time is 1–5 working days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day, provided we have all required information, such as the correct paint code.

If we are unable to confirm your paint code, we will contact you the same working day to avoid any delays.

Shipping Costs

• Free UK delivery on orders over £50

• Orders under £50 are charged at:

• £4.99 for Aerosol/Tins

• £3.99 for Pens/Bottles

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided when your order is processed:

• Evri: Live tracking is available and updates as soon as the parcel is in their system.

• Royal Mail: Tracking typically updates only after a delivery attempt has been made.

• We currently ship to UK addresses only.

• If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist.
